人でも妖怪でもない＜街を守るもの＞。
＜街の意思＞を代行するもの「ゆりね」に使役され、一切の“個”を捨て、街の下僕となることを求められる。
「乙羽」は新たに新宿の鴉に選ばれた青年であり、その名は鴉として与えられた字（あざな）。
Karas (Otoha)
The guardian of a city, who is neither human nor ghostly being.
Commanded by Yurine, who represents the “will of a city", Karas must abandon their individuality to become the guardian of a city.
Otoha is a young man who was newly chosen as Karas of Shinjuku, and his name, Otoha, is actually an alias given as Karas.
